Headquartered in Carrières-sur-Seine (78), our teams design, produce and market a complete range of inertial sensors based on state-of-the-art MEMS technology, such as inertial measurement units (IMUs), attitude and heading reference systems (AHRSs) and inertial navigation systems with integrated GPS/GNSS (INS/GNSS).

We address a wide range of markets, including autonomous vehicles, drones, marine, geomatics, aeronautics, space and defense.

Following our fast growth, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our team.

You will be working under the Customer Support Director supervision, you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to their implementation as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide before sales support:

 o Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests,

 o Manage test and support equipment including product check, scheduling,

 o Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering,

o Attending in dedicated Trade Shows and Conferences to support the Sales team.

• After sales support:

o Online support (Desk, Team-Viewer, mail, phone, etc),

o On site assistance for installation and commissioning,

o On site or remote customer training,

o Manage and Follow equipment return for tests and repairs.

• Other internal duties:

o Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports, etc.),

o New products / firmware / software test and review,

o Link between sales, customers and R&D to provide feedback about bugs and wished improvements.

This position will require regular travel in Ukraine and Europe in general.

Education in electronics or embedded systems engineering, ideally with a knowledge of Navigation and Positioning as well as Autonomous Navigation (land, air, marine).

• Proficiency in measurement analysis tools (desired Octave / Matlab), and eventually in positioning and navigation systems (GNSS, inertial, Imaging, Lidar, etc.). Strong proficiency in troubleshooting.
• You can demonstrate fluency in French and English, on both writing and oral (working language).
• You are able to work in close collaboration with several departments of the company but also independently with international clients.

42 à 49 k€ brut annuel selon profil
